Your culinary tour starts here. It's all a matter of choice at the Market Buffet. Located on the lower level, the buffet covers 26,000 square feet with seating for up to 650. Whimsical décor, comfortable seating and modern lighting make it the perfect place to enjoy a casual meal. The magic ingredient that puts this restaurant on par with other world-class buffets is the fact that each of the seven serving stations functions as its own kitchen. Savour more than 50 authentic dishes prepared on-the-spot in small batches to ensure every meal is fresh with a wide variety of international choices. Diners can watch our cooks create flavorful stirfrys, sizzling satays and retrieve hand-tossed aromatic pizzas from the stone-fired oven. Choosing a dessert can also be a spectator sport with a made-to-order Creperie as one of the dozens of sweet temptations to choose from at the fanciful dessert station. On weekend mornings, guests enjoy a wide selection of brunch favorites. Asian Flair: A selection of dim sum, hargow, sumai, vegetable spring rolls, assorted stirfry simmer in large woks. Little Italy: Freshly made pizzas and pasta plus calzones, chicken parmesan and grilled vegetables. From the Sea: Fresh seafood selections include mussels, clams, shrimp, seafood salads and a variety of sushi. Primetime Carvery: The menu is rotated weekly; offering choice cuts of beef, lamb, pork and turkey plus our popular Jackpot Chicken, hot fish dishes, burgers and grilled sausages. A variety of relishes, chutneys and side dishes are also available. Liberty Grille: In the mornings choose from a variety of omelettes. For lunch or dinner it’s make your own steak or chicken fajitas with all the fixings including sizzling onions, green peppers, diced tomatoes, salsa and more. If the craving is for Asian flavors, there’s made-to-order stir-fry tossed on the large Mongolian grill. The Bread & Soup Company: There’s nothing better than the aroma of baked bread, freshly out of the oven. Have your choice of olive boule, sour dough and cornbread plus danishes, muffins and savory scones. Four hearty soups are featured daily and rotated throughout the week. Fresh Salad Bar: The bountiful salad bar offers a variety of crisp vegetables, prepared mixed salads, antipasto, cheese, smoked meats, crudites and dips plus a selection of tangy or creamy dressings. Dessert Station: Make your request at the made-to-order French creperie or choose from a self-serve sundae bar, chocolate dipping station plus a wide variety of cakes, petit fours, pies, cookies and fresh fruit as far as your eye can see.
