Neros Valet
Neros guests need not worry about the winter chill and inclement weather with the convenience and comfort of covered complimentary Valet service available at the Riverside Drive entrance during restaurant hours. Just drive right up and our attendants will be happy to assist you.

Neros Early Bird Special - Delightful 3-courses - $35
per person
Dine early Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm-6pm. Start off with your choice of our chef’s daily soup or classic Caesar salad, followed by Roasted Atlantic Salmon or our 10oz. Strip Loin and Garlic Shrimp. Complete your meal with our decadent dessert - Chocolate sliver or Crème brûlée . Ask about our early bird specialty drinks for only $5.
Sundays Fireside Pasta - $20
per person
Create a delicious, custom pasta dish from a scrumptious selection of savory sauces and choice of toppings plus your choice of soup or salad.
Wednesdays Ladies Night - $16 per person
Put on our your favorite little black dress, gather the ‘girls’ and enjoy a fabulous Wednesday night at Neros! Choose four mouth-watering appetizers paired with a Sommelier-selected red or white wine.

Thursdays Jazz & Seafood Feast - $99 for two
Choose between our chef’s daily soup or Caesar salad and share a generous portion of an array of seafood platter for two including broiled Atlantic Lobster, Steamed Snow Crab legs, Bourbon Glazed Shrimp, Shrimp Gratine and finish off with our delicious Traditional Cheese Cake.
Fridays Couples Night - $99
for two
Friday nights at Neros are made for romance. Treat someone special to a delectable 3-course meal featuring your choice of soup or salad, a main course of the finest USDA Angus beef tenderloin or Roasted Atlantic Salmon and a decadent dark chocolate fondue meant for sharing.

I hope your list of resolutions isn’t all restrictions, but also carefully balanced with taking care of yourself and indulging in the finer things in life. Whether it’s date night with a loved one at a certain, favorite signature restaurant or a weekend getaway at our Four-Diamond hotel – you deserve the very best in 2012. A New Year is also an exciting opportunity to try something different and to be adventurous. I invite you to expand your palate and try something new on the Neros menu. Our friendly servers will be happy to recommend something out of the ordinary. Shake the winter chill with a soul-warming dish, proudly created and prepared by the talented Neros culinary team.

Elegant Eggnog Cheesecake

Serves 12
The stunning presentation of this dessert will have your guests pondering which fine bakery you purchased it from.
Ingredients:
1 can 13 1/2oz.) |
Pirouette cookies |
| 1/2 cup |
graham cracker crumbs |
| 1/4 cup |
butter, melted |
2 packages
(8oz. each) |
cream cheese, softened |
| 2 cups |
cold eggnog |
| 1 1/3 cups |
cold whole milk |
2 packages
(3.4oz. each) |
instant vanilla pudding mix |
| 1/2 teaspoon |
rum extract |
| 1/8 teaspoon |
ground nutmeg |
| 1 cup |
heavy whipping cream |
Directions
- Cut each cookie into two 2-1/2-in. sections; set aside. Crush remaining 1-inch pieces. In a small bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, cracker crumbs and butter; press onto the bottom of a greased 9-in. spring form pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the eggnog, milk, dry pudding mixes, extract and nutmeg until smooth. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture. Spoon over crust. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, remove sides of pan. Arrange reserved cookies around dessert and press gently into sides. Refrigerate leftovers.
