Mailed Gift Cards are received activated. Activated Cards require an additional $10 (CAD) charge at purchase to cover the costs of registered mail.


Gift Cards have no value until activated. Must be 19 years of age or older to redeem. Caesars Windsor Gift Cards are the property of Caesars Windsor. Lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced. Employees, Officers, Directors of Windsor Casino Limited and the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation are prohibited from accepting and redeeming Gift Cards.
